SOVEREIGN BEING with ELECTRIC INDIGO

Sovereign Being is a trio from Cincinnati Ohio blending rock, funk, pop, and psychedelia to create a cacophony of cosmic frequencies that free the mind and soothe the soul.

After meeting through a mutual love of Pink Floyd and deciding to start a band, M.P Goetz and Matt Cinquini began playing music with no gigs or end goal. This changed when the fine fellows at Jet Age Records on Monmouth St. in Newport insisted they play at record store day. With no bass player, or vocalist, M.P quickly began taking vocal lessons and building a setlist, and conscripted the help of Alex Whitehead, a next door neighbor with a mutual love of the Allman Brothers Band.
