LOWSET w/ UMIN and HIT THINGS

Lowest is a trio from Cincinnati, Ohio who explore the use of bass & drums in non-traditional ways to create their music. Songs are built around tight thoughtful arrangements with added layers of melodic dirty low end fuzz, pitch shifting and other modulated effects. Live sets include sequenced synths, soundscapes, samples and loops that fade in & out of melody & noise.

New solo project by Dave Cupp of Siren Suit, Old City, and Poor Little Critters.
Songs are constructed from home improvisations and field samples, and finished w/ child-minded lyrics.
These are recreated w/ playbacks, real-time performance, and a live drummer.
